I discovered my passion for dental hygiene at an early age — when I always found myself excited to go to the dentist. That experience sparked my interest in dentistry. After researching and shadowing professionals, I knew this was the path I wanted to pursue. I went on to earn my degree in Dental Hygiene from Wake Technical Community College. I take pride in educating patients about their oral health and helping them achieve confident, healthy smiles. My goal is to provide high-quality care that empowers patients to take charge of their dental well-being. Outside the dental office, I enjoy time with family and friends or simply relaxing at home watching a good movie or show. I'm excited to discover new hobbies and interests along the way.
Hi! I am a patient care coordinator at Smile Stories and am the first person you will get to meet when you contact Smile Stories. I attended college at Appalachian State University. I have been in the dental field for over 10 years. During my years working on the administrative side of the dental industry, I have gained experience in helping patients by coordinating patient care such as scheduling and handling insurance claims. I was born and raised in Hillsborough, NC, and returned to the area in 2009 after having my daughter, Emma. When I am not in the dental office, I enjoy spending time cooking with my daughter and hanging out with family and friends.
Hey! I am a dental assistant at Smile Stories! I was born and raised in Burlington, NC. I graduated from Southern Alamance High School and attended a dental assistant course shortly after graduating! That is when I knew I wanted to work in dentistry. My goal is to provide every patient with the best care I can possibly give and make sure my patients are leaving the office with a smile! During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my soon-to-be husband and family, shopping, and walking my dogs!
